We hold and deposit your tenant’s security deposits. However, you have the final decision as to how much of it to return. When it is time for the tenant to move out, we provide you with a detailed move out inspection report to help you make your decision.
Rent collection is collected by us through our tenant portal. Rent proceeds will be deposited into a account and once all management and maintenance costs are paid, the balance will be deposited into your account and an owner's statement will be sent to your email.
